Full support from document plan to residence steps.
For applicants who want Spanevo to organise the evidence, review the application, handle the filing where we represent them, and stay with the process through the post-approval residence steps.
A practical route to live and work remotely from Spain, built around your real income, work structure and documents. We specialise in Gulf-based professionals and also serve eligible applicants worldwide. Start with the free checker, then build the right filing route and document sequence.

Built around where you live, how you work and where your documents were issued.
We screen your work structure, remote-work setup, income and family size against the current requirements. The result is preliminary, not an authority decision.
We identify the route that fits your legal position and timing, and flag anything that should be resolved before you start paying for documents.
You receive a case-specific document plan. We review what each document proves and keep legalisation, translation and supporting evidence in the correct sequence.
For Full Service clients, we assemble the application and handle the filing where we act as authorised representative, then guide the next steps through the decision and TIE process.
For applicants who want Spanevo to organise the evidence, review the application, handle the filing where we represent them, and stay with the process through the post-approval residence steps.
A case-specific route, evidence map and sequence for applicants who want to execute the process themselves without guessing what comes first.
See RoadmapA focused strategy session for route, evidence, timing and document questions, followed by a written summary. The €50 fee is credited if you upgrade.

Spain applies one legal framework, but a public document issued abroad may reach the application through an Apostille or through diplomatic legalisation. The issuing country and document type decide the route.
We check whether the Hague Apostille Convention applies or whether the document needs a diplomatic legalisation chain.
Contracts, company records, invoices or payslips, bank evidence and remote-work terms should support the same relationship, dates and income position.
Foreign documents must be translated into Spanish, and public foreign documents must also meet the applicable legalisation requirement.
Eligibility, income, family, work evidence and document legalisation are the points most applicants need clear before they start.
Yes. Applying from inside Spain is the UGE route, and it is a normal legal path, not a loophole. It targets a decision in 20 working days and administrative silence counts as approval, which is why it is usually faster than applying through a consulate. Which route suits you depends on your documents and your timing.
EUR 2,849 per month gross, the 2026 figure, set at 200 percent of the Spanish minimum wage. It rises if family come with you: add EUR 1,068.38 per month for a spouse and EUR 356.13 for each child. These are legal thresholds you must show, not fees you pay. The figure changes when the minimum wage is updated.
It depends on where they were issued. Bahrain, Oman, and Saudi Arabia are Hague Apostille countries. Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE need MOFA attestation plus legalisation at the Spanish mission. We cover the full sequence, country by country, in our FAQ.
The eligibility check is free and takes a few minutes. You get a clear answer and a written summary based on your own numbers, whether or not we end up working together.
