1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased through spanevo.com and is provided by Touriza W.L.L (trading as Spanevo), registered in Bahrain.
All fees are stated in euros. By purchasing any service, you agree to this policy.
2. Paid Consultation (€50)
The 45-minute paid consultation is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or where the session has already taken place, are non-refundable.
To cancel, email hi@spanevo.com with your booking reference.
3. DNV Roadmap (€120)
The DNV Roadmap is a professional assessment and planning service. It is non-refundable once the roadmap document has been delivered to you.
If delivery has not yet taken place and you wish to cancel, contact us at hi@spanevo.com within 48 hours of purchase.
4. Full DNV Service (€900+)
If your visa application is rejected due to a material error on our part, we will refund our service fee in full. Government fees are excluded from this refund (see section 6).
If you are found ineligible after we have commenced work on your case, a partial refund will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation.
No refund is issued once the application has been submitted to the Spanish authorities.
5. Family Pack and Submission Only
The Family Pack (€2,000) and Submission Only (€400) services follow the same refund terms as the Full DNV Service above.
Add-on fees for additional dependants (€400/person) are non-refundable once document preparation for that dependant has commenced.
6. Government Fees
Government application fees are paid directly to the Spanish tax authority and are never refundable under any circumstances, including rejection, withdrawal, or ineligibility.
Spanevo does not collect or hold government fees on your behalf.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hi@spanevo.com with your full name, the service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
