How statutory withdrawal rights, commercial cancellations, Roadmap credit, reapplications and third-party costs work across Spanevo services.
This Refund Policy applies to services purchased through spanevo.com and is provided by Touriza W.L.L, trading as Spanevo, registered in Bahrain. All fees are stated in euros. This commercial policy operates alongside any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchaser and does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Some consumers buying services online may have a statutory withdrawal period, including a 14-day period under EU consumer rules where those rules apply. If you ask us to begin a paid service during an applicable withdrawal period, the checkout must record your express request. If you withdraw after work has begun but before the service is fully performed, a proportionate charge may apply where permitted by law. Once a paid service has been fully performed after the required express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may end where the applicable law provides for that result.
The 45-minute Strategy Session is credited toward the €120 DNV Roadmap or directly toward Full or Family Service if you upgrade. If you later move from the Roadmap to Full Service, the total Roadmap credit remains €120 rather than stacking the same €50 twice. As Spanevo's commercial cancellation policy, the session is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours, or after the session has taken place, are non-refundable except where mandatory law gives you a stronger right. The DNV Roadmap is a personalised professional assessment and planning service. We aim to deliver it within 3 days of receiving your completed answers, not from the purchase date. The €120 Roadmap fee is credited in full against the €950 Full DNV Application Service if you later upgrade. Commercial cancellation terms do not override any mandatory statutory withdrawal right that applies to you; if you ask us to begin work during such a period, the required express request and acknowledgement must be captured before work starts.
If an application is refused because of an error on our part, we prepare and file the case again at no further Spanevo service fee. If refusal is caused by an error or omission in information or documents you provided, we can prepare and file it again at 70% of the service fee originally paid. Government fees already paid, legalisation and translation are not recoverable and may need to be paid again. This reapplication commitment is separate from any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights that applied before performance began.
The Family DNV Application (€2,000) and Submission Only (€400) follow the service-specific scope shown at purchase. Additional dependant work and add-on services become non-refundable under Spanevo's commercial policy once the relevant work has started, except for amounts that must be returned under mandatory law. Third-party amounts already committed or paid are handled according to the third party's terms and applicable law.
Where the purchased service expressly includes Spanish government fees for an in-Spain UGE filing, we pay those fees on your behalf. Once paid to the Spanish authorities they are generally outside Spanevo's control. For a national-visa filing, the applicant pays the competent Spanish consulate directly. Document legalisation, Apostilles and sworn translation are paid directly by the client unless the service description expressly states otherwise.
Email hi@spanevo.com with your full name, the service purchased, the date of purchase and your request. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processing time can depend on the payment provider.
