1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of spanevo.com and all services provided by Touriza W.L.L, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under CR 167549-1. Spanevo is a brand operated by Touriza W.L.L.
By booking or purchasing any service from Spanevo, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Spanevo provides consulting and facilitation services for the Spain Digital Nomad Visa (DNV). Our services include eligibility assessments, document preparation guidance, application support, and accompanying clients through the UGE (Unidad de Grandes Empresas) process.
3. Fees & Payment
All fees are stated in Euros (€) and are exclusive of any bank transfer or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
Payment is required before work commences unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Payment plans require a minimum 50% deposit before any work begins.
4. Refund Policy
Pre-Application Check: Non-refundable once the review has been delivered.
Full Service & Family Pack: If your application is rejected due to a material error on our part, we will refund our service fee in full (excluding government fees). If you are found ineligible after we have commenced work, a partial refund will be calculated based on work completed.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information provided by you are not our responsibility.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your employment, income, or personal circumstances that may affect your application.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spanevo's total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for those specific services.
We are not liable for: delays caused by Spanish government authorities, changes in immigration law or policy, visa rejections due to information withheld by the client, or any indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
